Developing choreography with a Kent cast or venue
Begin with the people who will perform and the setting in which the work will be presented. A school or community cast may need movement that develops through teaching; an experienced ensemble may need a new performance piece; a wedding party may want a routine that works with mixed confidence and ability.
Share a recording of the music, intended duration and the rehearsal dates you can realistically offer. Tell us who has responsibility for attendance, practice between sessions, costume and the final performance space. For a theatre or community venue, identify whether a technical rehearsal and suitable floor are available.
A choreography commission can cover a finished routine, creative development, rehearsal coaching or movement direction within a larger show. Agree the deliverables and permission to perform or record the work. Travel to the Kent venue, additional rehearsals and changes after approval are considered as separate parts of the scope.

A tailored quote with clear responsibilities
Fees reflect creative development, practitioner numbers, preparation, rehearsals and delivery. Travel and accommodation where required are quoted in addition to delivery fees. Recording, promotional use, technical support and any further production responsibilities are agreed separately.
Institutions should explain procurement, supplier documentation, safeguarding and supervision requirements early. Provisional dates or funding should be identified clearly. A proposal does not reserve artists or confirm a booking.
