Movement, Wellbeing & Creative Expression Through Dance
Soul Collective CIC delivers Creative Health Workshops in Kent, Medway and London, using dance and movement as tools to improve mental wellbeing, confidence and social connection.
Our workshops are designed to support young people and communities who may face barriers to engagement, low confidence or limited access to arts provision.
We believe movement is medicine — and creativity builds resilience.
What Is Creative Health?
Creative health is the use of arts and culture to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being.
